Lori Rossi is an Academic Advisor with TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) at the University of Pittsburgh. Before joining the TRIO SSS team, Lori worked for over 25 years in education at the high school level. She received a Bachelor of Science degree at Slippery Rock University in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts degree in Administration in Supervision at Duquesne University.
For over 25 years, Lori has enjoyed working with students both in and out of the classroom. She began her career as a mathematics teacher and later held various administrative positions including Dean of Students and Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs. Lori states that the most rewarding aspect of working with students has always been assisting them reach their personal and professional goals.
Lori lives in the North Hills with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, walks and game nights with family and friends.
